1. Credentials will be sent to the registered email address associated with the account. Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password and that respective client will be liable for any misuse of the password. Password should be changed by the client after first time log in. Each time client access his/her Account through App, it will be required to enter the Password (should not save password in browser) but the User ID remain visible if he/she wants. If the application will remain ideal for few minutes, the session will be disconnected and if required, client has to insert Password again to enter into the application. Account will be locked If client insert too many wrong password, in that case, client must inform to FCSL. 2. Customer will be responsible for placing order(s) and the order(s) must be placed under Rules & Regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE and FCSL. For any kind of breaching of the Rules & Regulations, Client will be fully liable and FCSL will not responsible for any kind of imposing punishment/penalty by the regulatory bodies. 3. Customer is responsible for their devices & internet connection. Device configuration should be compatible with the application version. FCSL will not be responsible for any kind of damage/malfunction/hacking of the customer's device or any computer or mobile virus that affects customer's device while using the application. FCSL also will not be responsible for any malfunction while using the application due to low speed of internet connection or disconnection or high latency. 4. FCSL may perform regular maintenance on its systems or equipment, which may result in interrupted service other than trading session. In case of unavailability of Internet connectivity provided by vendor may cause interruption of service. The service also can be interrupted due to several reasons like acts of God, technical, political and other unavoidable circumstances. 5. The Customer must ensure that the application will not be used for any purpose which is illegal, improper or which is not authorized under these Terms or violation of any law by the Government and Regulatory bodies. FCSL reserves the right to prevent Customer's access to the application in case of any instruction from Government Institutions, Regulatory Bodies or any misuse of the service. I do hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to comply with all clauses and I hereby request to get the 'Puji' OMS Application to maintain my Portfolio and Trade through the Internet as a registered client of First Capital Securities Limited (FCSL). N.B: This Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time by FCSL and the revised information will be published in FCSL's website.
